A small US pharma company received a negative opinion from the EU’s Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP), effectively blocking the company’s ability to proceed through the regulatory process to market its oncology therapy in Europe.
In response, the company sought to bolster its US and European clinical trial results with real world data (RWD) generated from a European Early Access Program (EAP).
