Each healthcare encounter transcription record could cover initial office consultations, follow-up visits, urgent care visits, emergency department visits and hospital admissions and discharges, postoperative consultations, other office-visit notes, and referrals.

AnswerY includes over 82 million records from approximately 155,000 general practitioner and multi-specialty physicians across 50 states and 2 U.S. territories. Our doctor-patient transcription records go back to 2010, and we are continually adding new patients and medical records.

After a patient visit, HCPs dictate on all aspects of the encounter as a part of their standard documentation practices. These dictations are sent to medical transcription companies where they are transcribed and edited for accuracy. Amplity has exclusive relationships with a network of transcription companies who provide Amplity with the de-identified transcripts on a monthly basis.
