John Boney, Head of Remote Engagement
As Head of Remote Engagement, John is responsible for further developing the strategic direction of our remote engagement capability and managing the operations of the group.
He has a compelling track record of successfully impacting revenue generation, fostering operational excellence and leading change management. Combine that with his extensive experience in remote engagement management there is no doubt John will be a key contributor to our organizational growth, strategic direction and bottom-line success.
John joined us from TrialCard where he was a Senior Vice President of Operations. He was responsible for the customer inbound & outbound market access (HUB) business, over 100 brand inbound patient experience centers, quality assurance and quality control, client services, and learning and development. In addition to his operational responsibilities, he oversaw the management of 1,200 employees, including seven direct reports. In this role, he streamlined processes and tools to improve performance and profitability, while establishing a team culture of professional development and support.
Throughout his career, which includes additional operational roles at TrialCard, as well as MarketSource, TEKsystems, and Maxim Group, John has focused on building high performance teams, stimulating revenue growth and driving change to exceed customer expectations.
John hails from Raleigh, North Carolina holds a bachelors degree from Loyola University of Maryland where he had a 4-year basketball scholarship.
