Leadership Team

As Executive Vice President of Commercial Solutions at Amplity Health, he currently oversees the company’s commercial business line and leads the development and implementation of transformative solutions that drive business growth across the organization.

With more than 30 years of proven experience in the life science industry, Archie’s leadership has brought tremendous contributions to the company since he first joined Amplity Health in 2011. He has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility, including General Manager, Vice President of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer.

Prior to joining Amplity Health, Archie served as Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Intercell, USA, Inc. He joined Intercell after more than eighteen years at Pharmacia, where he served as Executive Director of Strategic Operations, Account Team Director and Regional Sales Director among other positions. Archie earned a Master of Biological Science degree from Marshall University.

As VP, Corporate Development, Kerry brings over two decades of commercial pharmaceutical experience with an instinct for process improvement, expertise in the delicate balancing act of big picture thinking, as well as tracking and directing the small details of planning and logistics. She is known for building culture, cross-functional team leadership and management, expert event and project execution, and having a good time while she does it! She is currently responsible for identifying and spearheading corporate initiatives, driving towards results, and helping to continuously re-focus corporate priorities.

Prior to joining Amplity, Kerry was the Director of Strategic Operations at a medical communications company where she led business improvement initiatives and helped re-structure the organization for profitability. Over her career, Kerry has built over 40 sales/service/clinical teams for global pharmaceutical companies, produced over 100 tradeshows and dozens of major corporate meetings and training events, and managed hundreds of projects for companies and organizations including Canon, Pfizer, Novartis, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Astra-Zeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Forest Labs, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, and the NYC Department of Education.

Kerry is an avid reader and world traveller. She recently merged her love of travel, her sense of adventure and competitiveness, and her natural planning capabilities to trek to Mt. Everest.

Suzanna has been in this role since February 2019 and will be responsible for leading the creation of our new company culture and implementation of measures of success, plus the Values by which we will recruit new talent and manage, coach and lead our staff. She will also help create the learning and development platform, including a capability framework with competencies for people to progress along their own learning journey. In addition, Suzanna will support our ambition to partner with companies and consultancies with specialist skill sets which we don’t have right now and we know our clients would value from us.

Suzanna began her professional career as an electronics engineer working in the field of semiconductors. She later transitioned into life sciences and spent almost 18 years at GlaxoSmithKline in a variety of sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility. Deciding she wanted to experience running her own business (before it was too late!) Suzanna went on to co-found, manage, and grow Tardis Medical Consultancy with her business partners. Between them, they successfully built Tardis Medical into a global, highly respected, Clinical and Medical Affairs outsourcing organisation, offering capability development and consultancy services to global Pharma and Biotech companies.

Suzanna enjoys keeping fit and finds it helps if she has a fitness goal or target each year. This has resulted in her competing in several triathlons and well as climbing Ben Nevis (the highest mountain in the UK) to raise money for research into treatments for Alzheimer’s and running the London marathon for the Child Bereavement Society. Her guilty pleasure is chocolate covered strawberries with Prosecco.

Francie brings over 15 years of HR experience to her role as Vice President of HR where she supports the corporate business and also partners with HR leaders across the business lines to provide a strong delivery of HR programs, support, and solutions.

Prior to joining Amplity Health, Francie was responsible for the regional HR management function at ICON Clinical Research. In this role, she led a team, drove change initiatives, and streamlined processes to support the Americas region.  Francie also worked for Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Business Partner to provide strategic direction to many business lines, engage talent, and create a culture of process improvement.

She has an MBA from Delaware Valley University.

As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Eric combines over two decades of health law experience with a deep understanding of sales and marketing compliance.  He is responsible for all or our legal and compliance efforts.  He is Secretary to our Board of Directors

Prior to joining Amplity, Eric was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of inVentiv Health (now Syneos) where he led a legal and compliance team of over 150 professionals.   Before inVentiv, Eric served as primary legal support for Quintiles’ (now IQVIA)  global commercial and consulting businesses. He was Quintiles’ lead employment law attorney and sat on their Disclosure Committee.  After Quintiles, Eric served as senior counsel at GE Healthcare, where he helped launch the Clinical Data Services business, which de-identified and aggregated data from GE’s electronic medical record clients for use in health economics and outcomes research.  He also was lead research counsel for GE Healthcare IT.  Over his career, Eric has negotiated thousands of healthcare related agreements, including commercialization, joint venture, alliance, royalty, acquisition, and research agreements.

He holds a law degree with High Honors from Rutgers University School of Law and an MBA from the University of London.

Mike has a distinguished track record building and leading global pharmaceutical service businesses. He is a team builder who creates high-performance winning cultures, creates unique brand identities, grows revenues, and exceeds regulatory standards.

Most recently, Mike was an Operating Partner with Altamont Capital Partners (ACP) where he led the acquisition of the commercialization assets of Publicis Health, the predecessor of Amplity Health. ACP is a private equity firm with over $2.0 billion in capital under management, focused primarily on making long term, control investments in middle market businesses. Mike is currently Executive Chairman of HealthPrize Technologies, a global leader in patient adherence technology for the life sciences industry.

Previously, Mike served as President of the Commercial Division of inVentiv Health and led several pharmaceutical service businesses including Laureate Biopharma, Aptuit and ChiRex, and has served on numerous public boards including Repligen and Centrue Financial Corp.

Andrew is an Executive Vice President of Amplity Health and he has been in this position since February 2019. Andrew is a charismatic leader who has over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of senior positions. Working with top 10 pharma, specialty healthcare and biotech companies alike, Andrew has a passion for connecting the pharma industry with the people that matter; patients, decision makers and leaders of opinion to create strong and positive debate.

Andrew is married and they have five children between them who are pursuing a range of careers from medicine, sport and academia. He enjoys skiing, field hockey, music and performing. Andrew is currently learning to play the piano and is an airplane enthusiast.

To unwind Andrew likes to be holding a nice glass of malt whiskey, whilst looking out on his favourite view across Loch Eishort on the Isle of Skye with his wife Fiona and his dog Barney. Andrews most memorable travel experience was when he travelled across Rajasthan on a Palace on Wheels.

Mohan has been the CFO of Amplity Health for 4 years. In this role, Mohan has responsibility for all financial operations including managing our investors and bankers. Mohan has extensive knowledge as a strategic and operational finance leader in the life sciences industry with diverse experience at pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare service companies.

Prior to this, Mohan held the position of Vice President, Finance and M&A at Telerx. Previously Mohan served as Vice President, Finance at the healthcare information technology company, Epocrates, where he established the financial analysis team and played an integral role in the acquisition and post-merger integration of Epocrates by Athenahealth. Prior to that, Mohan spent many years at Amicus Therapeutics, a biotech in the rare disease space, where he held roles of increasing responsibility within finance, most recently serving as Senior Director. He also worked at Pfizer, Inc. in several finance roles.

Mohan has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology

Mohan is a husband to a very patient wife and Dad to two daughters in college, resulting in his grey hair 😀 Mohan’s favorite pastime is going for long runs on the weekend and traveling, especially in Europe and Asia. His most memorable travel memory is seeing a live tango performance on the streets of Buenos Aires.
