Our client was at a critical phase in developing and commercialising a novel biomarker and needed support building demand in a new customer group over 18 months. A team of Demand Creation Specialists (DCS) was required to assist in the successful launch of the biomarker. Each DCS was responsible for generating physician understanding of the new marker and creating demand for it. In order to measure the Demand Creation Teams effectiveness, three countries were chosen for them to work where there were currently no DCSs. Amplity Health’s solution was to implement a structured and rigorous recruitment process with specific role profiles. 8 Demand Creation Specialists with a high-science qualification and a minimum of 10 years experience in the therapy area were identified. To drive optimum performance management, Amplity introduced an established Single Point of Contact (SPoC) to the client.
